Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Insurance, Oil & Gas and Financials sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 1.67%.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Navitas Petroleum LP Unit (TASE:NVPTp), which rose 6.67% or 740.00 points to trade at 11,830.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE:TASE) added 5.51% or 740.00 points to end at 14,160.00 and Delek Group (TASE:DLEKG) was up 4.63% or 364.00 points to 8,230.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT), which fell 4.16% or 1,910.00 points to trade at 43,960.00 at the close. Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:TSEM) declined 1.75% or 1,170.00 points to end at 65,500.00 and Nova (TASE:NVMI) was down 1.38% or 1,460.00 points to 104,310.00.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 358 to 112 and 89 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.10% or 0.09 to $93.83 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.91% or 0.97 to hit $105.68 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.13% or 5.55 to trade at $4,196.15 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was unchanged 0.01% to 3.08, while EUR/ILS rose 0.36% to 3.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.34% at 102.03.
