美国政府以国家安全为由，要求联邦民事机构从信息系统中移除 DeepSeek 产品及基于该模型开发的第三方服务。国土安全部（DHS）周一公开的通知还禁止机构采购 DeepSeek 产品和服务，包括关联实体开发的产品和服务；通知称，政府雇员或承包商使用这些产品可能导致敏感数据传至中国，并称模型本身可能含有恶意软件或其他安全漏洞。
禁令不仅要求联邦民事机构移除 DeepSeek 产品，也覆盖基于该模型开发的第三方服务，并限制后续采购，范围延伸至关联实体。
Citing national security concerns, the US government has ordered federal civilian agencies to remove DeepSeek products and any third-party services developed using the Chinese artificial intelligence model from their information systems.
In a notice made public on Monday, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) also barred agencies from acquiring DeepSeek products and services, including those developed by affiliated entities.
The notice said that using the company’s products “may result in the transfer of sensitive data to the PRC if used by US government employees or vendors”, adding that the models “themselves may contain malware or other security vulnerabilities”.
