美国国务院周一宣布，依据《保护美国知识产权法》（PAIPA）对 5 家涉嫌窃取美国企业商业秘密的中国实体实施制裁。被制裁对象包括前 Google 软件工程师丁林伟创立的上海智算科技、创投公司 MiraclePlus 及另外 3 家关联实体；丁林伟 1 月因 7 项商业秘密盗窃罪被定罪，另有 7 项经济间谍罪指控被联邦法官判无罪，法官认为证据不足以证明他当时知道或意图让相关行为使中国政府受益。

The US State Department announced on Monday that it was imposing sweeping sanctions under the Protecting American Intellectual Property Act (PAIPA) on five Chinese entities suspected of stealing trade secrets from American companies.
The targets include Shanghai Zhisuan Technology, founded by former Google software engineer Ding Linwei, venture capital firm MiraclePlus and three related entities.
Ding was convicted of seven counts of trade secret theft in January. A federal judge subsequently acquitted him on seven additional counts of economic espionage, finding insufficient evidence that he knew or intended at the time of the thefts that his conduct would benefit the Chinese government. The theft convictions remain in place.
